I just finished her up! And am totally amazed that I even made this doll...
Many of you know the talented Jane DesRosier of Gritty Arts Studio and have seen her beautiful work. She is a truly unique artist! Anyhow, one of the gals in my eBay group posted her You Tube video demonstrating her trick on how to turn skinny dolly legs. From there I went to her blog and found she was offering a Workshop to teach a class how to make a paperclay and cloth doll. Well, I thought about it, not entirely convinced she would be able to teach me, but a little voice in the back of my head kept saying "try"...
And so I did! And I got this cool "badge" to prove I took the class! LOL!
...And of course these doll pictures of how she turned out...
If you'd like to take a closer look, she'll be up for grabs on eBay tonight. You can find her here:

Thanks for dropping by to see what I've been up to! 'Til next time...

My Northwoods ~ Lodge Santa!
Our Kindred Sisters Gathering Post Christmas Launch has kicked off November 9th, and I just wanted to share with you my Santa, among other items, that I have listed right now. My sister gave me the wicker snowshoes last year when she was cleaning out her craft room, so I was glad to have them on hand! Here he is:
I just love his buffalo check Debbie Mumm fabric vest ~ I've had that in my fabric stash for awhile. So you see, you must never get rid of anything in your "stash," for you'll never know when it will be the perfect compliment to your current creation! LOL!
Til next time,
